Unless otherwise specified by you the receptionist will answer all your incoming calls in the following fashion:
‘Good Morning, thank you for calling ‘Your Company Name’, this is Lisa, how may I direct your call? I will transfer you now, have a great day’

When your account has been activated, our team will have recorded your personal greeting and your company after hours greeting professionally. These are the greetings we have recorded for you:
Personal – this is the greeting that callers will hear after our live receptionists have transferred a call to you but there was no answer:
Hi, you have reached ‘Your Full Name’. Mr. ‘Your Last Name’ is unavailable at this time, however your call is important. Please leave your name, telephone number and a brief message and he/she will return your call. Thank you for calling
Company– this is the greeting that callers will hear after hours or during holidays and week-ends:
